I work from a dedicated counselling room in my home offer counselling and/or psychotherapy. I am able to work with a number of theoretical perspectives, mainly psychodynamic, person-centred, or existential/analytic. I work with general issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress, relationships and adolescent problems (Current Enhanced CRB Check).

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be once or twice weekly. I charge between £40 and £45.
