I am a Counselling Psychologist and a Psychotherapist/Counsellor, accredited and registered with the BACP. I maintain a brief solution-focused approach to therapy, which includes the application of CBT and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. Relaxation/Guided Imagery techniques are frequently combined with the main therapy models. In addition to the above, I possess over 9 years experience within mental health services.
