I work from a Gp surgery in Bracknell and a Complementary Health Clinic in Basingstoke. I offer face to face counselling for individuals for short and long term therapy. I work from a person centred perspective, helping clients with a range of issues such as; loss and bereavement, including pregnancy loss, infertility and loss of a child, changes in circumstances such as relationship difficulties, retirement and ill health, including living with a life limiting diagnosis such as cancer. I also work with clients to deal with issues such as anxiety and depression, low self esteem and lack of confidence.
