I offer one-to-one counselling and therapy, as well as small group counselling/therapy courses. My practice is 'person-centred', to help each client to achieve his/her full potential, supported by an understanding of psycho-dynamic processes, particularly the importance of childhood experiences in shaping personality. I run courses using creative methods, and working with dreams. Some courses are for anyone who wishes to understand more about dreams, others are designed for trainee counsellors and therapists to integrate creativity and/or dream work into their practice. I train counsellors at Certificate and Diploma level.

One-to-one counselling/therapy is normally in my consulting room; it may be possible for me to work with you in your own home (within a 20-mile radius) if for some reason (e.g. disability) you are unable to travel.
Fees are negotiable, according to means. That is to say, there is a lower limit in order for me to cover my costs, but how much you pay, how much value you place on the work we do together, is like everything else in person-centred practice - for you to decide. At our first meeting, we will make an agreement about cost and about the areas which you wish to explore. As things change during the development of the counselling relationship, we may wish to revisit the agreement.
