Previously I was an international hockey player, gained a BA honours degree in Geography and worked for Unilever in their Human Resources team. I now offer individual short and long term counselling at the Gestalt Centre, London, EC2A 4TP.
I work with a wide range of clients, whilst having especial interest in the stressful twenty first century work culture, major life changes, sport and M.E/ Chronic Fatigue. I hope to support people to unlock their own resources and live more fully and comfortably with themselves. Mine is a
humanistic approach to counselling.
