I am trained to work wiith individuals in an open ended and time-limited method. I take an eclectic approach from my trainings which include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural and solution focused models.
I have worked in large organisations and also work at a university. Areas of speciality include working with young people, depression and anxiety, relationships, cultural issues, eating disorders, work issues and sexuality.
I have considerable experience in and am also able to provide telephone counselling where appropriate.
