Professional counselling or psychotherapy offers a safe space for you to look at what may be causing you distress or to explore ways in which you can develop your full potential. I offer private counselling and psychotherapy to individuals. An initial consultation will be offered to explore the current difficulty and to establish if it is possible for us to work together. Initial goals will be set in this first session and the length of time you wish to spend in therapy discussed. This will be open to review at any time. A small number of evening sessions are available.

Session details
I charge £40 per session. Sessions last 50 minutes and I prefer to meet clients once a week.
