I use an Integrated model of Counselling incorporating, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Person Centred and Gestalt to ensure that the clients needs are paramount. I work with short and long term issues, the focus being on helping the client to build new strategies and skills to work with their own issues. Confidentiality is of utmost importance and I am respectful of clients privacy.

Session details
From £40 for a 50 minute session and can be face to face, telephone or a combination of both.
