BiogI specialise in CBT, but am also trained in other approaches, including Inter-Personal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis. I also undertake psychological assessments, training and consultancy work, for individuals or organisations. I work with a wide range of personal problems and personal development needs, but specialise working with psychological effects of trauma/abuse, work related stress, rehabilitation and eating disorders.

Session details
Sessions are usually of around 1 hour duration on a weekly basis, but other arrangements are possible. I mainly work with older children/adolescents and adults, both male and female. I am based around 8 miles North of Derby, in the East Midlands. I can be contacted via. my email address. Fees are to some extent negotiable, depending on what is required and funding arrangements.
