and difficulties, such as relationship problems, addiction, work and school problems, emotional difficulties, life's crises, abuse, identity, and bullying. This list is not exhaustive; I believe that if something is a problem for you then it is something that we can look at in counselling. I also work with people who are looking for personnel development and supervision for their own work
with others.

My way of working is to be as flexible as I can be to meet the needs of my clients. Often clients like weekly sessions for one hour, but not always and I am happy to talk about what might suit you best at any time. My fee for counselling and supervision is currently £40 per hour, but this too is negotiable according to your ability to pay. My first session is free to give us
a chance to meet and discuss your needs without financial commitment.
