The things that we discuss together are confidential. I always offer an initial appointment. This is to give us both the opportunity to decide if we want to work together. You may want to meet more than one counsellor before deciding whom you would like to work with.
There are many different models of counselling, which can be somewhat confusing when looking for a counsellor. Do please ask me any questions you may have about this. My core model is psychodynamic and it is this theoretical understanding that underpins my work, however I have undertaken training in many other theoretical areas and also draw on these experiences.

Session details
Counselling sessions are 50mins long at a time agreed by both of us and usually take place on a once weekly basis at the same time each week.
My fees are currently £40 per session.
