I have been practicing counselling for 10 years. I have a full personal indemnity insurance and abide by the code of ethics and practice proposed by the BACP.
I have worked in various fields including as a GP in-house counsellor, adolescent school counsellor and in private practice. Clients self refer or via local doctors, word of mouth or EAP companies.
I work with long and short term clients aged 16 and above, primarily on an individual face-to-face basis. I also do couple work.
I work during the day-time. The sessions are 50 minutes long, weekly and my fees are £40 per session.
Issues dealt with are varied but cover areas such as self-esteem, relationship problems, bereavement, stress and anxiety, depression, childhood abuse.
