I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Senior Accredited Counsellor and have retained my accreditation since gaining it in 1998. I offer Integrative Model counselling and supervision. I have trained in person-centred, integrative, cognitive- behavioural counselling, coaching and transactional analysis which means I can offer clients the flexibility to work in the style which suits them best.

I have counselled and supervised in a residential setting, a work environment (including EAP work) and in private practice. I am a counselling lecturer and offer a range of business and personal development workshops ranging from stress management and assertiveness to counselling skills and anger management.

I have experience working with addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, childhood issues, relationship issues, loss, bereavement, workplace issues, eating disorders, mental health issues, life changes, personal development. I adhere to BACP and COSCA codes of ethics. This ensures client protection including confidentiality, ongoing professional development regular counselling supervision and insurance cover.

I work from premises in Glasgow city centre, Perth, Kinross, Kirkcaldy, Cupar and Dunfermline.
Fees: £30 to £35, dependant on room costs.
