I have a private practice in the Poole area, which is easily accessible from Bournemouth, Wimborne and surrounding areas. I aim to provide a non judgmental, constant and safe but challenging environment, in which the client will feel supported and also able to explore past and present feelings and the diverse meanings of life’s experiences.
I believe that every individual has a unique potential, and one of my aims is to help people discover what is really hindering them from using their potential creatively. My practice is rooted in a psychodynamic understanding of human relationships, but in my practice I am flexible in the approach I use with each client, drawing on my Integrative training background.

Session details
£35 for a session of 50 minutes. Fees may be negotiable for college students or
students undertaking counselling training. I work only with individuals, on a once weekly basis
