I offer weekly sessions, which last for 50 minutes. You can choose whether you want to work short term over six sessions or longer over a period of months or years.

The counselling sessions provide you with a safe space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, any problems you may have, things you want to change and the opportunity to explore how you really want your life to be.

It is my belief that you possess the inner resources you need to be able to create your life in the way you want it. I will not be giving you advice or telling you what to do, rather I will be supporting you to access your own resources.

Session details
Sessions are usually weekly for 50 minutes and are face to face at my private practice in Ealing or by telephone. I charge £45 per session.
