BiogDuring my years of training and my continued learning and development, I learned a lot about human nature. I draw upon my psychodynamic theory as my foundation whilst encompassing other integrated models when working with clients. For me though the relationship with the client is the most important quality to ensure healing can take place.
Whilst working with clients I always strive to be empathic, congruent and always demonstrate unconditional positive regard. It is my belief that the client knows what is right for them, my role is to help to bring that to birth within the healing of the therapy process.
