Some information about your counselling service: I see individuals for time limited and open ended therapy. Exploring current feelings and difficulties, and understanding conflicts can be helpful so that you can deal with old hurts that are influencing how you react to situations now, your relationships, and how you feel about yourself. I also offer supervision to counsellors.
