A free initial meeting which can be 20-50 minutes will provide an opportunity for you to talk about your problems, concerns and why are you seeking professional help. After the meeting you have some time to decide if you want further counselling psychotherapy sessions with me.Long and short term therapy for adults and adolescents in an effort to facilitate growth, change and healing of the whole person. I have ten years of experience of working with adults with mental health problems in a community setting. From September 2001, I worked as volunteer counsellor for Mind in Enfield, which is a mental health charity offering a range of services for people with enduring mental health problems.

I've been in private practice since September 2001 and am insured for professional liability: member of Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA) since 2001, the professional body setting standards of competence and ethical practice for qualifying and training Transactional Analysts in Britain. As a member of the ITA. I am bound by it's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy & Counselling. The ITA is a member of the United Council for Psychotherapy (the UKCP). I am BACP accredited and I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy (where practitioners undertake research) and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force".

Session details
I charge £40 for an 1 hour session. I have evening and day time appointments, sessions are usually weekly at the same time.
