My approach is holistic and process oriented, bringing together different trainings. i believe that an open and person-centred
counselling space allows whatever is important to each person to be heard and explored and that this naturally results in greater clarity and change. I work in a non-directive way to support each person's unfolding process. As an-ex Relate counsellor I offer counselling for couples and individuals who are experiencing relationship difficulties. I have trained in working with the effects of trauma. As a trained Craniosacral Therapist I work with a Mind-Body awareness and the connections between emotions and physical symptoms. I use meditation, relaxation and Whole Body Focusing approaches and am currently studying on an MA course in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at the University of Wales.

Session details
I work from home, which is in Grafton Lane on the southern outskirts of Hereford City. Appointments can be made for between Monday and Thursday in school term times. Charges per one hour session are: £40 for individuals, £42 for couples and £28 for under 16's.essions last for 50 minutes; fee £40 per session payable at each session; frequency of sessions to be negotiated, but usually weekly for first 6 sessions.
