I am accredited by BACP and have a Diploma in Counselling and Human Relations. I am currently studying for a Masters degree in Gestalt Therapy Theory. My approach is Gestalt and I work in a humanistic, experiential and experimental way.
I have been practicing as a Counsellor for 15 years and I have experience in working in various settings including at a GP practice, a university service, a project working with young people and mental health and also a staff counselling service within an emergency service. In private practice I offer evening and Saturday morning appointments for either short or long term work.
