I offer a Professional and Confidential Service and my services are open to all regardless of religion, race, or sexual orientation. The first session will be an Assessment; here you can discuss your difficulties and what you feel you would like to get from the counselling service.
As an Accredited Member of the BACP/UKRCP I am aware of the legal issues of Confidentiality and ethical requirements laid down by the BACP code of practice.
I am trained in the Psychodynamic concept. However, I also work using a Person Centred, Integrative and Cognitive approach.
