I work from the Bushey Therapy Centre in Bushey, Hertfordshire. The centre has several practitioners and can offer a varity of services for a vast range of people. All the practitioners are experienced and qualified. More information about the centre can be found at

My own experience of counselling had such a profound effect on my self awareness, confidence & self esteem, that I decided to undertake a training course with Relate. I followed this with a Diploma in Counselling, and after working voluntarily for 7 years, started a private practice in 2000.

I work with couples & individuals, both long and short term, depending on what their difficulty is and what they would like to change. I firmly believe that counselling is a journey that my clients and I undertake together. I see people for relationship difficulties; anger; anxiety; lack of self esteem / worth; bereavement; stress; abuse. I have also written articles for the Watford Free and Optima.
My theoretical approach is integrative/eclectic, utilising a range of approaches such as Psychodynamic, CBT, NLP & systemic.
