I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and a qualified Supervisor and I have been practising since 1999. My experience comes from working for agencies specialising in areas such as womens issues, mental health, and disability issues, as well as from my private practice.
I accept referrals to see individuals via occupational health/employee assistance programmes. I am also a superviser to qualified and trainee counsellors.
I believe it is the emotional and verbal processing of thoughts and feelings which takes place during counselling that can have a positive and life changing affect.

Session details
Fees and appointments: Flexible appointments weekdays and Saturdays. Parking available and easy access by public transport.
First session (30 mins) is free of charge - thereafter, £30.00 - £42.00 on a sliding scale of affordability. Concessions for counselling students and volunteer counsellors.
