I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, working from my consulting room near Roborough Down, Plymouth. I offer counselling and psychotherapy with individuals and couples, long and short term. I have been counselling since 2002.
My main way of working is psychodynamic, and I have trained in other models of counselling which enables me to integrate techniques found in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, enabling me to adapt to the needs of the client.
As well as providing face-to-face counselling, I offer email and telephone counselling. I also take G.P referrals and can offer counselling sessions through Employment Assisted Programmes.

Session details
Individuals £40-£25 per session.
Fees for individuals are negotiable and can be negotiated within the £40-£25 scale. The fee for regular counselling sessions is discussed and agreed at the first session.
Couples £50 per session
