I have experience across a range of modalities CBT, Psychodynamic, Short Term term and long term 1-2-1 and group work. I have a private practice for 1-2-1 clients which tends to be for long term exploratory work but I also within a London Borough Mental Health day service providing a range of interventions. I have experience working with people who are looking for insight into their lives and who may see themselves as the worried well to people who have long term enduring mental health issues but also seek to find a way through.<
I feel that the expert is the client and that therefore I am happy to work with anyone who wants to understand themselves and arrive at choices about their lives, however I will work across the range of conditions, for example depression, anger, anxiety, existential issues, relationships, and people who wish to come to terms with and understand most aspects of their life.

Session details
My sessions last for 50mins and I recommend a basic commitment of at least one session a week. My benchmark charge is presently £45 however I charge in the range of £35 to £55.
