I am a BACP Accredited and UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor working in private practice, offering confidential one-to-one counselling for adults in a safe, understanding, non-judgmental environment. I am a helpline counsellor for a major EAP provider and I co-produce and co-facilitate workshops. I have previously worked for a university counselling service, an addiction counselling service and counselling service for carers.
My work is based on the Humanistic counselling model into which I integrate a variety of approaches appropriate to the work I will be doing with you. My aim as your counsellor is to be alongside you throughout your counselling journey. I believe the client/counsellor relationship lies at the heart of the therapy and by working in an open and respectful way I aim to offer you a warm and trusting relationship that allows you to express yourself openly and honestly.

Session details
Short-Term and Open-Ended appointments offered. All sessions including initial assessment are 50 minutes in length and will take place on a regular weekly basis. Session Fees: Chichester £40 – Emsworth £35 – Portsmouth £40. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for.
