Biog
I use a humanistic, relational, person-centred integrative approach, including Gestalt, TA, NLP.I work intuitively and pull from the best of these in a way I feel best suits each individual client and their needs.

I offer Counselling Relationship Counselling and Life Coaching in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I work regularly with both individuals and couples offering short-term counselling and life coaching together with longer term therapy. I am accredited and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and on the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors.

I established my independent practice in 2002 having previously worked in the NHS for a GP practice. I have also worked and trained with RELATE counselling both couples and individuals with relationship issues.

Session details
